Everything you need to know about booking with us

Booking

Simply browse our chalets, select your dates using the availability calendar, choose your catering option, add any extras like ski passes, and complete your booking through our secure checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.

For peak season weeks (Christmas, New Year, February half-term), we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For other weeks, 2-3 months is usually sufficient, though last-minute availability can sometimes be found.

Most chalets operate on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis during peak season. Some properties offer flexible arrival days during off-peak periods. Check the individual chalet listing for specific details.

You can add extras like ski passes and equipment rentals at any time before arrival. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur fees. Contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your booking.

Chalets

All chalets include bed linens, towels, toiletries, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Many also feature hot tubs, saunas, ski rooms, and boot warmers. Check individual listings for specific amenities.

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Some chalets offer early check-in or late check-out upon request, subject to availability.

Most chalets include free parking. Some properties in pedestrianized areas have parking in nearby covered car parks. Check the amenities list on each chalet page for specifics.

Catering

Fully catered includes a private chef who prepares daily gourmet breakfast, afternoon tea with canapes, and a 4-course dinner. A dedicated host manages the chalet and can arrange additional services. Wine is typically included with dinner.

Absolutely! Our chefs can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please inform us of any requirements when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

All our resort locations have excellent restaurant options, from traditional Savoyard cuisine to fine dining. Your chalet manager can provide recommendations and help with reservations.

Ski & Equipment

Yes! You can add ski passes to your booking for all major resorts including Paradiski (Les Arcs/La Plagne), Espace Killy (Tignes/Val d'Isère), and La Rosière. Pre-booking often saves time at resort queues.

Book your ski or snowboard equipment online, and we'll arrange for it to be delivered directly to your chalet on arrival day. A technician will fit your equipment and collect it on departure day.

We can arrange both group and private lessons with qualified instructors. Lessons are available for all ages and abilities, from first-timers to advanced skiers looking to improve technique.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as bank transfers. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Some chalets require a refundable security deposit (typically €500-€2000) which is collected before arrival and returned within 7 days of departure, minus any deductions for damages.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally: cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus admin fee; 30-59 days forfeit the deposit; less than 30 days forfeit the full amount. Check individual listings for specific terms.

Yes, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, and ski equipment. Mountain sports carry inherent risks, and good insurance provides peace of mind.
